Our administrators have different responsibilities divided into; Neuro, Centre for Psychiatry Research, Psychology, Insurance Medicine, Eyes & Vision and Imaging Core Facilities. However, cases regarding travel expenses, subject compensation, expenses and invoice handling are always referred to our administrators.

Examples of issues where we can assist:

1. (EFH). Which includes training in Agressowebb, review of invoices, reminders, debt collection and general issues.
2. , . Review of dossiers and general issues.
3. , arrange login and permissions.
4. Research group budget, we help you with budget, and ongoing follow-up of your finances.
5. Grant and assignment agreements, we help you with review of terms and conditions and monitoring important milestones (reporting, requisition, invoicing).
6. General economic issues. , organization number, accounts, rebookings and more.

Head of the Financial unit

Joakim Airaxin leads CNS finance unit and supports head of department, head of administration and the department heads in economic matters. Joakim is also a member of the department board.
