Archiving Research at CNS
All you need to know to archive your research.
Archive - on paper
- Remove paper clips, plastic pockets or anything else that may affect the paper quality and its contents over time
- Clear away work materials, duplicates and drafts
- Organize the material into archive boxes
- Fill in the form "".
- Send the material to:

- Clear work materials, duplicates, and drafts
- Convert files to formats approved for long-term storage
- Apply for a project folder on the website, . (For more information and instructions on how to apply for access, see the link at the bottom of the page.)
- The archivist should also have access to the folder (this is done in IDAC).
- Divide your material into "preserve" and "discard."
- Notify that all material has been uploaded and fill out the "Archive delivery note" form
