̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ offers a wide range of imaging and X-ray infrastructures. Our facilities collaborate closely with other world-leading centres to ensure that we stay at the forefront of the field.

Facilities and resources within proteomics and genomics and related techniques, including single cell analysis, located at our two main campuses. Several of the listed core facilities are also a part of the national research facility SciLifeLab.

Cutting edge fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) technologies are mandatory elements in the toolbox of a leading ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ university. ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ also provide platforms for pluripotent stem cells, CRISPR, and material engineering.

SciLifeLab is a national centre for cutting-edge molecular biosciences, with its Stockholm hub located at the border of KI's north campus area. Here is a list of core facilities that the centre offers.

KI is involved in several national and international research infrastructures, providing frontline technology for our researchers. These infrastructures are co-funded by the Swedish Research Council and the EU.

Most core facilities at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ can be used by organisations and individual researchers outside KI, provided there is some form of collaboration agreement. A number of our core facilities can also offer equipment, services or goods without a contract or collaborative research agreement.
