About me
- I have been a bio探花精选 laboratory scientist since 2019 and previously worked within diagnostic histopathology and supported histopathological research projects. I started working at 探花精选 in November 2021 as a Lab Coordinator. My primary responsibility revolves around overseeing and coordinating the various laboratory functions within the Pathology Division in ANA Futura - from managing equipment and resources to facilitating collaborative research projects. My days always look different, trying to give as much support as possible to all researchers, teachers, students and other staff at our division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laboratory: I am dedicated to streamlining laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing best practices in accordance with the latest advancements in pathology research.
- Resource Management: One of my key roles is to manage laboratory resources effectively, from state-of-the-art equipment to consumables, in order to support the innovative work conducted within our division. This also includes purchases and helping out with tissue sectioning and staining.
- Supporting a systematic approach to a sustainable work environment: Work environment and sustainability are matters of the heart to me. I am the safety representative at our division and work with implementing safety routines for our psycosocial as well as physical work environment. This I also do together with the LABMED Work Environment Group.
- Teaching: I am passionate about teaching and involved in several courses. Additionally, I麓m the course coordinator for a course called "Morfologi - metodik och diagnostik" for the BMA programme.
Looking ahead, I am committed to elevating 探花精选 and ANA Futura by promoting innovative teaching and research, by fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of groundbreaking discoveries in the field - at the same time as we improve our work environment and create the best conditions to thrive within our work place!
