Currently a PhD student at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ writing my thesis about the effect of team psychological safety on leader and employee health and safety within the sectors construction and industry.

Work experience
I have over 10 years of experience as a consultant working with group and leadership development in both private and public sector. The tasks have spanned over all levels of different organizations and varied from individual leadership coaching, facilitating group development processes, designing and delivering leadership programs, negotiating conflicts to different types of supporting interventions during organizational changes.
Teaching portfolio
I am since 2019 giving lectures on group development and leadership for the psychology program at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ during the course Work and organizational psychology 1 and supervise the students in their field work during the course Work and organizational psychology 2.
