About me

  • I am postdoctoral researcher at the Unit of Occupational Medicine. I have a PhD in Medical Sciences and a background in Public Health and Sociology.

Research

  • My previous research focused on mental health and addiction, in particular on health inequalities and socioeconomic determinants of health and health behaviours.

    During my PhD I analysed the impact of unemployment on alcohol consumption, and the differential impact of the Covid-19 lockdown measures on mental health depending on employment status and working conditions.

    Currently, I am studying the impact of non-standard/precarious employment conditions on mental health using register data from the SWIP cohort, as well as the Swedish National Patient and and Prescribed Drug registers. 


  • I have a strong interest for quantitative methods used in longitudinal research, such as cross-lagged or fixed-effects models.
