About me

  • I am a physiotherapist with a specific interest in digital lifestyle interventions and exercise for improved cardiovascular health. My dissertation project focused on digital pediatric obesity treatment together with cardiorespiratory fitness and cardiometabolic risk in children with obesity. Currently, I am working with development and evaluation of an mHealth intervention aiming to improve cardiovascular health in adults.
