About me
- Teacher and Ph.D. student at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management, and Ethics (LIME) at KI with a special interest in leadership, followership, and co-workership. Part of the research group Leadership in Healthcare and Academia.
I hold a bachelor's degree from Hawaii Pacific University and a master's degree in management/organization from Stockholm University.
Before joining ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, I worked for many years on HR issues in several companies in the private sector, with the last 20 years in various managerial positions.

Teaching
Together with a colleague, I am overall responsible and a facilitator for the master's program in Leadership and Organizational Development offered by LIME at KI. Teaching mainly in Leadership and Co-workership. I also lectured in Research and ethics, Professions and Reference management.
