My name is Henrik Lindlöf. I´m a doctoral student at Karolinska Institute, specializing in management within emergency care. In addition to my research, I serve as Head of the Emergency Medical Service and the Healthcare Alarm Center in Region Västmanland. With a background in Sociology (BSc), Economics (BSc), and Information and Communication science (MSc), I explore how operational management and leadership impact the performance of prehospital emergency care. My research focuses on the synergy between management strategies and frontline emergency teams, aiming to understand how leadership influences the quality of care provided to patients in the field.
