I am an assistant professor at the Unit of Intervention and Implementation
Research on Worker Health at the Institute of Environmental Medicine. I have
been a part of the unit since 2020 (initially as a postdoc researcher in
between 2020–2022). I have a Phd in Political Science from Stockholm
University, 2015. And I have since then worked as a postdoctoral researcher
at Uppsala University, Department of the History of Science and Ideas in a
research program titled "Medicine at the Borders of Life" (2017-2019) and as
a senior lecturer in Gender Studies, Stockholm University (2019-2020).

I am the project leader of the evaluation and research project Future Work
– in which we follow the transition toward more flexible work for the 
professional service at KI. Moreover, I am the PI of the project Personal assistant - a challenging occupation?

running between 2023-2026 and financed by Forte in collaboration with The Swedish social insurance agency.

Furthermore, I research sick leave and
return to work for (young) employees with experiences of common mental
disorders (CMD) in two different research projects:

*A gender perspective on sick leave among youth: obstacles and resources for
return-to-work as experienced by employees and managers (GUNGA)

*A problem-solving intervention to enhance return to work among people on
sick leave due to common mental disorders: Psychosocial factors and balance
in everyday life
