I am a licensed psycholoigst and doctoral student. I have varied experience as a clinical psychologist, supervisor and organisational psychologist.

The title of my doctoral project is  Up in the Air on Solid Ground: Examining the Validity of Tests, Procedures and Assumptions in Commercial Pilot Selection. The project brings differential, organisational and social pscyhology into relevance. I am focused on evidence-based selection and providing fundamental research within the field(s) while contributing concrete deliveries to industry stakeholders. I am also interested in feasibility studies and facilitating the implementation of findings. 

I lecture at the Pscyhology Program at Karolinska Instituet as a guest teacher since 2017. I lecture in treatment for panic disorder in clinical psychology. I also teach presentation technique and feedback as well as behavioural analysis in organisational psychology.
