I am a Reg. Occupational therapist and have worked in both municipalities and hospitals. I have a master's degree in clinical ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ science. December 8th 2023 I defended my thesis on stroke prevention in primary healthcare. I work as a lecturer at the Division of Occupational Therapy at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ and at the University of Gävle at the Division of Social Work, Criminology and Public Health Sciences. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and being out in nature with our Italian water dogs or going downhill or crosscountry skiing.

The research project that I have worked with during my PhD is within the reserach group HELD in the project Make My Day. The project aims to evaluate the feasibility and effect of a digital and person-centered prevention program aiming to reduce the risk of stroke. We have a primary preventative perspective that focuses on prevention of stroke by supporting people to acheive healthy activity patterns.
