  • I am an affiliated researcher at the Department of Biosciences and Nutrition, ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡. My past and current research revolves around exploring relationships between food systems, the environment and health mainly through optimisation analyses and intervention research. I am currently funded by the Swedish Research Council to carry out an international postdoc with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Here, I am mainly leading a project which includes the development of agent-based models to simulate dietary behaviours under the influence of different national policy measures. The project also includes the implementation of models to quantify the human- and environmental health impacts from shifts towards plant-based diets on a population level. Besides that, I am a visiting researcher at the MRC Unit in Cambridge where I collaborate on research linked to eating behaviours, as well as support non-governmental organisations in analyses relating to school meal optimisations, health impact modelling and more.

Undervisning

  • I teach in, and organise, the module "Fundamentals to Climate Change and Planetary Health" at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
