Om mig

  • Harpa Sif Eyjólfsdóttir is a PhD and a member of the social gerontology
    group at the Aging Research Center (ARC).
    I am a post doc the social gerontology group at the Aging Research Center
    (ARC). I defended my PhD thesis /Unequal tracks? Studies on work, retirement
    and health/ [1] in 2021.
    My main fields of interest are retirement, labour market participation,
    working environment, social inequalities in health, social determinants of
    health, and life course epidemiology. I have experience in data management
    and contemporary epidemiological methods for data analysis, including
    extensive use of longitudinal data sets and register data.
    I have planned, organized, and taught an undergraduate course called
    "Arbetsliv, åldrande och hälsa" (e. Working life, ageing and health) at the
    Public Health Department at Stockholm University for the past three years.
